TopMinds is a mentoring program that opens the door to an international career for young Polish scientists. So far, six editions of the program have been held, and almost 190 young people and their mentors have already benefited from them!
Who is this program for?
To take part in TopMinds 2024, the organizers invite people preparing doctoral dissertations at Polish universities or scientific and research institutions, as well as students of the final year of master's studies who are planning their career in the field of science.
We welcome applications from people who stand out in the scientific field, full of passion and ambition, who focus not only on success in the academic environment, but also on constant development.
Why is it worth it?
The TopMinds program is mentoring based on building relationships, individual approach and transfer of knowledge and experience. Therefore, each of the participants has a unique opportunity to develop their skills under the supervision of one of the scientists and experts cooperating with us, representing various fields of science and culture - graduates of the Fulbright and Top 500 Innovators programs. In the coming year, participants will also receive competency training.

The partner of this year's edition is the Częstochowa University of Technology.
